Hearts of Space
There are two artists called "Hearts of Space".
1) The ambient/trance duo of Pete Namlook (aka Air, Syn) and Pascal F.E.O.S. (of Resistance D and Aural Float).
2) An ambient radio show from Berkeley, California, hosted by Stephen Hill.
1) Hearts of Space is an ambient/trance-oriented project featuring prolific producer Pete Namlook and globally revered DJ Pascal F.E.O.S.. Their recordings were released on the legendary Fax +49-69/450464 label, and consisted of deep spacey drones sometimes being disturbed by intense beat action going from trance to breakcore.
2) Hearts of Space is also an ambient radio show that has been in syndication since 1983 and is still going strong today. Each is an hour long generally, including some brief discussion of the music being played at the beginning and end of the hour, otherwise uninterrupted music.
Hearts of Space music can be streamed with a small yearly fee from http://hos.com or listened to on the radio in most areas. Read more on Last.fm. User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
